- 6 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. sauerkraut, well drained
- 2 c. chopped corned beef
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 4 crispy rye crackers, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Toss noodles with butter.

2Place noodles in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Layer sauerkraut, corned beef and tomatoes.

4Dot with salad dressing; sprinkle cheese and top with crumbs and caraway seed.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, covered.

6Uncover and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
