  • 6 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. sauerkraut, well drained
  • 2 c. chopped corned beef
  • 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 crispy rye crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seed

Directions

    Toss noodles with butter.

    Place noodles in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Layer sauerkraut, corned beef and tomatoes.

    Dot with salad dressing; sprinkle cheese and top with crumbs and caraway seed.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, covered.

    Uncover and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
