Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened; 1/2 c. sour cream; 1 c. drained sauerkraut; 1/2 lb. lean, cooked corned beef, chopped; 2 tsp. finely chopped onion; 1 Tbsp. ketchup; 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard; 1 c. grated Swiss cheese; assorted crackers

1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. drained sauerkraut
1/2 lb. lean, cooked corned beef, chopped
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. spicy brown mustard

Directions

Combine well. Transfer to casserole dish and bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until bubbles form at edges. Remove cover and bake 5 minutes until edges are golden. Serve warm with crackers or cocktail rye bread.
