  • 1 c. corned beef hash
  • 1 (8 oz.) can kraut, drained
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3/4 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    In glass pie plate, layer kraut and cheese.

    In separate bowl beat biscuit mix, milk, mayo, eggs and chili sauce.

    Slowly pour over meat and cheese and allow to soak in.

    Makes own crust.

    Bake at 325° until puffed and brown on top.
