- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, cold
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups rhubarb, finely chopped
Directions

1Cut cold butter with (1st) flour & powdered sugar until crumbly.

2Press dough into 9x13 pan.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

4While crust is baking prepare filling.

5Beat eggs, then add sugar, (2nd) flour, & salt.

6Gently stir in rhubarb; spoon filling gently over hot crust.

7Bake an additional 35 minutes.
