- 1 1/4 lb. fresh rhubarb (5 c.)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 box white cake mix
Directions

1Slice raw rhubarb and put in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle sugar and jello over top.

2Put marshmallows over top of this.

3Mix cake mix according to directions given and pour over top.

4Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350°.

5Turn out onto a platter. Serve warm with Cool Whip.
