  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) box black raspberry jello
  • 1 box yellow cake mix

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
  3. 3
    Pour on top of rhubarb. Bake in a 350° oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
