  • 1/2 cube (4 Tbsp.) margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 3 c. diced rhubarb
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Melt the margarine in 2-quart dish.

    Mix together in the dish the sugar, flour, baking powder and milk. Add the rhubarb. Sprinkle with the sugar.

    Don't mix. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
