  • Eggs, As Directed On The Cake Mix Box
  • 3 cups Rhubarb, Chopped
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Cream

    Make the cake mix according to the directions to the box.

    Layer rhubarb, sugar and cream on the bottom of the 9x13 pan. Pour cake mix over the rhubarb, sugar and cream. Bake at 350 degrees according to the cake mix directions.
