  • 1 yellow cake mix plus ingredients listed on box
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 3 c. rhubarb
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello

Directions

    Prepare cake according to directions on box.

    Place marshmallows in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased. Pour cake batter over marshmallows.

    Mix together rhubarb, sugar and water and bring to a boil.

    Remove from heat and add jello. Pour over cake and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
