- 6 c. chopped rhubarb
- 4 c. sugar
- 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
- 6 oz. pkg. cherry flavored gelatin

1Combine rhubarb and sugar.

2Let stand overnight.

3The next day, cook rhubarb mixture until rhubarb is tender, about 30 minutes. Stir in cherry pie filling and cherry gelatin.

4Bring to a boil. Cool. Put in containers and refrigerate or freeze until ready to be served.
