Rhubarb Cream Cake

- 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
- 3 c. fresh rhubarb, cut up
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Prepare cake mix according to directions and pour into a greased (bottom only) 9 x 13 pan. Put rhubarb on top of batter, then sprinkle sugar on rhubarb. Pour whipping cream (do not whip) over this. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

2A custard will form on bottom. Store in the refrigerator.
