Rhubarb Dump Cake

  • 4 1/2 cup Rhubarb
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 packages 3 Oz jello (strawberry or raspberry )
  • 1 box white cake mix (not prepared )
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup water

    HEAT OVEN TO 350

    Lightly grease a 9x13 pan, place cut up rhubarb in pan

    Sprinkle the sugar, then the dry jello over the rhubarb

    Pour cake mix over rhubarb
  5. 5
    Pour butter over dry cake mix, then the water
  6. 6
    Bake at 350 for 45 mins.

    If using frozen rhubarb, reduce water to only 1/2 c.
