- 4 1/2 cup Rhubarb
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 packages 3 Oz jello (strawberry or raspberry )
- 1 box white cake mix (not prepared )
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
Directions

1HEAT OVEN TO 350

2Lightly grease a 9x13 pan, place cut up rhubarb in pan

3Sprinkle the sugar, then the dry jello over the rhubarb

4Pour cake mix over rhubarb

5Pour butter over dry cake mix, then the water

6Bake at 350 for 45 mins.

7If using frozen rhubarb, reduce water to only 1/2 c.
