- 5 c. rhubarb, diced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 3 oz. raspberry gelatin powder
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 eggs
- water (as needed for mix)
Directions

1Arrange rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar and gelatin (jello). Cover with marshmallows. Prepare cake mix, using 2 eggs and required amount of water. Spread batter over mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
