  • 5 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients in kettle.

    Place over low heat until sugar is dissolved or until fruit is clear.

    Take off of heat. Add dry Jell-O.

    Can or freeze.
