- 6 c. rhubarb, diced finely
- 4 to 5 c. sugar
- 1 (4.6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Cook rhubarb until very tender (10 to 12 minutes).

2Add sugar and bring to a boil.

3Add strawberry jello and boil 2 minutes. Add crushed pineapple.

4Put into jars and seal immediately.
