  • 5 c. rhubarb, diced
  • 5 c. sugar (may use less)
  • 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello

Directions

    Combine first 3 items.

    Boil 20 minutes slowly.

    Add jello after removing from heat.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Put in jars. Store in refrigerator.
