- 2 c. rhubarb, diced
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- crust for 2 crust pies
Directions

1Pour boiling water over rhubarb to soften. Drain after 5 minutes. Mix sugar, egg and flour.

2Pour over rhubarb in lower crust.

3Put crisscross crust on top of pie.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
