- 2 c. rhubarb (uncooked)
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 egg whites
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- pinch of cream of tartar
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour, egg yolks and sour cream; set aside.

2Put rhubarb in unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

3Pour sour cream mixture over the fruit.

4Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.

5Beat egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar.

6Spread on top of baked pie and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
