- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Beat eggs; reserve a small portion.

2Mix sugar, flour and rhubarb.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell; pour reserved egg over top. Bake at 425°.

4When it begins to turn brown, turn down to 350° and bake until center sets.
