  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Beat egg, then add sugar and flour.

    Mix and add rhubarb. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 425° for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350° and bake until done and pie shell golden brown.
