- 3 c. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch slices
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- pastry for 2 crust pie
Directions

1Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and salt with a small amount of water.

2Heat the mixture.

3Line pie plate with pastry and fill with rhubarb mixture; dot with butter and cover with top crust. Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes.
