- 1 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
- 1 pie shell (unbaked)
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Directions

1Spread rhubarb in pie shell.

2Beat eggs, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and salt.

3Pour over rhubarb.

4Bake at 425°

5for 5 minutes.

6Cut heat down to 325°
-
7and bake another 30 minutes, or until pie is set.
