  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 c. rhubarb
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour together.

    Beat eggs; add water and mix. Add with sugar and flour; mix well.

    Put mixture in an unbaked pie shell.

    Dot with butter and sprinkle cinnamon over top.

    Bake at 425° until rhubarb is tender and filling is set.
