  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. diced rhubarb
  • grated rind of 1 orange
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • pastry for 9-inch pie with strips (unbaked)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, salt and rhubarb.

    Add orange rind and juice.

    Turn into pastry-lined pan.

    Dot with butter.

    Cover with strips of pastry, lattice fashion.

    Bake in preheated 450° oven for 20 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 20 minutes longer.
