- 2 c. cut up rhubarb
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Add cornstarch and sugar together in a large saucepan.

2Mix in 1 cup water.

3Cook over low flame until thick.

4Add lemon juice and margarine, then add pineapple and rhubarb.

5Put in 10-inch deep crust and cover with top crust.

6Make a slit in center for steam to escape.

7Bake until golden brown at 350°.
