  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 3 c. rhubarb
  • 1 double pie crust

    Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter.

    Add egg; beat smoothly.

    Pour over rhubarb.

    Bake 10 minutes at 400°, then 30 minutes at 350°.
