- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. rhubarb, cut up
Directions

1Blend first 3 ingredients together, add eggs and butter, mix in rhubarb.

2Pour all into pie shell and top with lattice work crust.

3Brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar.

4Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, lower temperature to 350° for 30 minutes.
