- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. sweet cream or 1/2 c. milk with 2 level Tbsp. Crisco
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Grease a loaf cake pan.

2Place diced rhubarb in bottom of pan. Pour 1 cup of sugar over rhubarb.

3Then make batter and pour over rhubarb.

4Bake at 350° until tests clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.
