Rhubarb Pudding

  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. rhubarb
  • 1 c. hot water

Directions

    Combine Bisquick mix, 1/2 cup sugar, shortening and milk; spread in 8-inch baking dish.

    Put chopped fruit over dough and sprinkle sugar on top.

    Pour hot water over all. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Serve warm.
