- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. rhubarb
- 1 c. hot water
Directions

1Combine Bisquick mix, 1/2 cup sugar, shortening and milk; spread in 8-inch baking dish.

2Put chopped fruit over dough and sprinkle sugar on top.

3Pour hot water over all. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.

4Serve warm.
