- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. cream
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- milk
- 1/2 pkg. strawberry gelatin
- rhubarb
Directions

1Add enough milk to the first 4 ingredients to have it pour like cake mix consistency.

2Cut rhubarb up and make a 2-inch layer in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Sweeten rhubarb to your taste. Sprinkle in 1/2 package of strawberry gelatin, then pour the batter over rhubarb.

4Bake at 350° until done.
