- 1 pt. rhubarb, cooked
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 7 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In saucepan, heat the rhubarb and 2/3 cup sugar.

3Melt margarine in

4a 5 x 10-inch pan or casserole dish. Mix batter of 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour batter on top of melted margarine, then pour rhubarb over this.

5Do not stir!

6Bake until light brown.
