Ingredients
- 1 qt. fresh rhubarb
- 2 qt. water
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- juice of 6 lemons
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 qt. ginger ale
Directions

1Cut into pieces fresh rhubarb and cook in 2-quarts of water until soft.

2Strain through cloth bag.

3Dissolve sugar in 2 cups of water. Boil 10 minutes.

4Cool and add lemon juice and pineapple juice.

5Mix rhubarb mixture.

6Chill.

7Add ginger ale when ready to serve.

8Makes 1 gallon.

9Will serve 24 people.
