- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Directions

1Mix together and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour. (I use 6 to 7 cups diced rhubarb in a 7 1/4 x 11 baking dish with 1 1/2 cups sugar on top.) Tends to run over the side of dish.
