- 4 stalks rhubarb, chopped
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 c. strawberries, quartered
- 1 pkg. sponge cake dessert shells or 4 puff pastry shells
- whipped topping
Directions

1Mix together rhubarb, orange juice, sugar and honey.

2Simmer about 10 minutes until tender.

3Remove from heat.

4Stir in strawberries.

5Cover and chill.

6To serve, spoon fruit mixture over shells and add topping.
