- 8 c. rhubarb
- 2 qt. water
- 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 qt. ginger ale
Directions

1Cut rhubarb and cook tender in water.

2Strain juice and add jello, sugar and lemon juice.

3Mix until dissolved and freeze. Thaw to slush and add ginger ale.
