- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry jello
- 3 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 box yellow cake mix, prepared according to directions on box
Directions

1Put rhubarb in well-greased oblong cake pan.

2Sprinkle with sugar.

3Then sprinkle on the dry jello.

4Cover with marshmallows. Then pour on the prepared cake mix.

5Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
