  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry jello
  • 3 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 box yellow cake mix, prepared according to directions on box

Directions

    Put rhubarb in well-greased oblong cake pan.

    Sprinkle with sugar.

    Then sprinkle on the dry jello.

    Cover with marshmallows. Then pour on the prepared cake mix.

    Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
