  • 1 Some red Desiree potatoes
  • 1 Fresh chopped thyme and rosemary
  • 1 Olive oil
  • 1 Sea salt & cracked black pepper

Directions

    Pre-heat oven to 180*C. Cut slits into spuds- about 3/4 the way through.

    Mix oil with herbs and apply to spuds- making sure to get oil into slits.

    Bake for 30mins.

    Season and serve.

    Very nice and a good way to pretty up a side- good texture also.
