  • 1-1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, Softened

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • Red And Green Food Coloring, Enough To Reach Your Desired Color
  • 8 Tablespoons Raspberry Jam
  • 2 ounces, weight Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Hot Brewed Coffee

    ["1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, blend together the almond paste, sugar and eggs. Mix in 1 1/2 Cups of butter and the almond extract. When the mixture is smooth and all of the ingredients have been incorporated, mix in the flour.", "2. Divide the batter into 3 equal parts.
