- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- garlic salt
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
Directions

1Soak rice in boiling water and salt for 1/2 hour; drain.

2Fry rice in margarine until most of the margarine is gone.

3Put rice in casserole with lid; sprinkle with garlic salt.

4Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; pour over rice.

5Cover; bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

6Uncover; fluff with fork.

7Sprinkle with parsley flakes.

8Bake 10 minutes, uncovered.
