- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth

1Saute almonds and chopped celery in oleo.

3Add rice; cover and turn burner off.

4Let mixture sit covered for at least 20 minutes.
