  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 12 cup celery, chopped
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 16 ounces canned kidney beans, drained of all but 1 tablespoon liquid
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions

    Heat oil in large skillet and saute the onion, celery, and garlic.

    Stir in the rice, beams, and parsley.

    Season with Tabasco sauce and salt and pepper.
