  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 c. crushed cornflake crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix all ingredients except crumbs and margarine.

    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Sprinkle with combined crumbs and margarine. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serves 6 to 8.
