- 1 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- chicken thighs and legs
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Directions

1In a well-greased pan (9 x 13-inch), measure 1 1/2 cups of raw rice; mix in the soups.

2Spread over the bottom of pan.

3Salt chicken thighs and legs and place on top of rice.

4Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over chicken pieces.

5Wrap securely and tightly with foil.

6Bake at 350° for 2 hours.

7Do not open until ready to serve.
