  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

    Blend sour cream and milk together in a bowl.

    Add rice and mix.

    Add chiles, salt and pepper.

    Spoon into a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
