Ingredients

  • 1 c. rice
  • ham pieces or chunks and bone
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Accent to taste

Directions

    Cut ham into small, bite size pieces and put in large pot. Add about 1/2 pot of water.

    Add rice, chopped onion, sauce and tomatoes.

    Bring to a boil.

    Turn down heat and simmer until rice is done.

    Add salt, pepper and a dash of Accent.
