- 1 pkg. beef Rice-A-Roni
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 c. hot water
Directions

1Shape into balls; put in a 9 x 9-inch pan.

2Combine hot water and beef seasoning packet.

3Pour over meat.

4Place in a 350° oven for 1 hour.

5Turn meatballs, halfway through cooking.
