  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1 c. frozen English peas, thawed
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives (black)
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. tarragon
