- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 large onion, diced
- flour
- 1 qt. tomato juice
Directions

1Mix ground beef, rice, pepper, onion, salt and pepper.

3Roll in flour; drop in boiling tomato juice.
