- 2 eggs
- 2 c. Minute rice
- 2 c. tomato juice
- green pepper to taste
- minced onion to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix meat and rice.

2Add eggs, onions and peppers.

3Pour 1/4 cup of tomato juice to moisten.

4Add sugar to tomato juice and fill with water to 2 cups.

5Make meatballs.

6Place in skillet and pour juice over.

7Cook, turning once, about 25 to 30 minutes.
