- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- bread crumbs
- olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. parsley (dry kind)
Directions

1Boil rice.

2When almost dry, add eggs, pepper and parsley. Let cool.

3Shape balls and roll in crumbs.
